Pennsylvania Dr. Jan Seski has been named as the second American hunter in an ongoing African-Lion investigation.

The news, which began circulating in the last week, reports that Seski was involved in an illegal lion hunt back in April, just 3 months before Cecil was killed in Zimbabwe on July 1st, 2015.

Both Seski and his guides have been arrested in Zimbabwe.

"Dr. Seski is listed as being Director of Gynecologic Oncology at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania," reports a Daily Mail UK article.

Seski, who is also a member of the Alaska Bow Hunting Society, shot the lion near Hwange National Park back in April using a crossbow. The use of crossbows for hunting is legal in Zimbabwe, as is baiting.

On Saturday, August 1st, 2015 Zimbabwe's wildlife authorities suspended the hunting of lions, leopards & elephants in the Hwange area. Cecil was not the first lion to be lured out of Hwange National Park by hunters; there have also been a plethora of elephants removed from Hwange for sale to China. It would appear that no one is truly innocent in the crimes against nature in Africa.
